This is the working process behind the catalog — the same basic architecture whether the subject is biblical history, a legendary warrior, a modern fighter, love and war, or an entirely new concept.
01
FIND THE STORY
Every project begins with something worth building around: a person, event, idea, conflict, belief, moment in history or emotional pressure point. The first question is not “what genre is this?” It is “what is the story, and why does it matter?”
02
DEFINE THE CORE
Before production, the emotional center gets locked in — triumph, grief, temptation, devotion, rage, faith, obsession, sacrifice, confidence, loss or transformation. That core becomes the anchor even when the sound changes.
03
BUILD THE SONG BLUEPRINT
The song is mapped before it is dressed: concept, opening, hook, energy, key moments, perspective and the line or moment that should stay with the listener. For character-driven songs, the subject has to feel like a person — not a history lesson.
04
CHOOSE THE WORLD
Genre is treated as a storytelling tool. EDM can make a revelation feel enormous. Rap can sharpen character and point of view. Rock can create confrontation. Country can expose the human side. Reggae can change the emotional temperature. Electro-Swing can completely reframe the same source material.
05
WRITE FOR THE VERSION
When a subject appears across multiple genre editions, the goal is not to paste the same song into a different beat. Each version can receive its own title, hook, lyrical angle, pacing and personality while still belonging to the same core story.
06
DESIGN THE VISUAL IDENTITY
Cover art is built as part of the project — not as an afterthought. Each song, album and genre edition should look like it belongs to its own world while still feeling unmistakably Mr. Hypnotic.
07
BUILD THE ALBUM ARCHITECTURE
Tracks are organized into acts, pairs, timelines, collections and larger universes. The sequencing matters because the listener is not only hearing songs — they are moving through a story.
08
TURN IT INTO A WORLD
The finished music connects to the website, playlists, project pages, artwork, radio, video and Mentalism Records. The goal is for a listener to discover one song and realize there is an entire universe behind it.
